FORT HOOD, Texas – The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center Clear Creek PX Pharmacy will upgrade its medication dispensing equipment and pharmacy systems from June 11-15.

During this period, beneficiaries may experience longer-than-normal wait times for prescription processing and refills. Patient safety and quality of care remain CRDAMC’s top priorities, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance pharmacy services.

What to Expect During the Upgrades

Possible Delays:
Processing and dispensing times for new prescriptions and refills may take longer than usual.

Uncompromised Quality:
These upgrades are designed to improve pharmacy operations and service delivery while enhancing patient safety and the quality of care provided.

Plan Ahead for Refills:

Beneficiaries are encouraged to submit refill requests in advance to avoid interruptions to their medication schedules. Refills can be requested through the Pharmacy Refill Line at 254-998-2601 or through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

Q-Anywhere Mobile App Now Available

Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the Q-Anywhere mobile app, now available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The app offers the same convenient check-in features as the web version, helping improve access, streamline the patient experience, and supporting more efficient pharmacy services.
