For Immediate Release
FORT HOOD, Texas – Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, July 17, at Texas A&M University-Central Texas (Warrior Hall Multipurpose Room on the first floor), E. Campus Drive, Killeen, TX 76549. The hospital is seeking to fill more than 100 critical clinical and non-clinical positions.
The event will connect job seekers with hiring officials and provide information about careers supporting Soldiers, retirees, and families.
Opportunities are available for physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health providers, physical therapy providers, medical and health technicians, hospital support staff, and many others.
Applicants should register and submit a resume (two pages or less), licenses, certifications, and other supporting documents by July 10. Registering before the deadline helps streamline the hiring process and may allow qualified candidates to receive a tentative job offer during the event.
“Every person who joins our team plays an important role in caring for those who serve our nation,” said Maj. Mallory Pinger, deputy commander for administration at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center. “Whether you’re providing direct patient care or supporting our healthcare teams behind the scenes, your work has a meaningful impact on the health, readiness, and well-being of our Soldiers, retirees, and families. We encourage anyone looking for a rewarding career with purpose to register and meet with us on July 17.”
The job fair offers prospective employees an opportunity to speak directly with hiring managers, learn about available positions, and discover what it means to serve in one of the Army’s premier military treatment facilities.
