FORT HOOD, Texas – The arraignment for Maj. Blaine McGraw is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at Fort Hood.

All media representatives must be escorted by public affairs officials. The arraignment will be broadcast via closed-circuit to a building adjacent to the courtroom for the press. There are no recording devices, to include video or still camera photography, allowed inside during the proceedings.
