FORT HOOD, Texas – The Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Ben Hogan Foundation will host the 14th annual Ben Hogan Foundation Classic Golf Scramble at 8 a.m. April 24 at the Courses of Clear Creek.
Senior leadership from Fort Hood as well as Ben Hogan Foundation representatives will give remarks in a ceremony prior to the start of the Ben Hogan Foundation Classic Golf Scramble. The ceremony will also include a cannon demonstration, a bagpipe and shotgun send-off.
The tournament will officially begin at 8:30 a.m.
In addition to the local annual tournament to honor Soldiers and families, the Ben Hogan Foundation sponsors multiple scholarship programs and partners with The First Tee to build Ben Hogan Learning Centers across the country.
