FORT HOOD, Texas – The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center will offer child and youth services, school, and sports physicals Aug. 1, from 7:50 a.m. – 3:20 p.m.

Family members enrolled in any CRDAMC clinic can get their child’s physicals at the Pediatric Clinic or the Family Medicine Residency Clinic in the main hospital that day.

The pediatric clinic will be open for children ages 4 years and up, by appointment only, from 8 a.m. – 3:20 p.m., and the FMRC will be open for walk-ins only from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The hospital is located at 590 Medical Center Road, Fort Hood, Texas 76544.

Routine immunizations will be available. We are sorry that we cannot provide medicine refill requests or other school forms (i.e. asthma action plans, allergy forms) – please send these to your primary care manager through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil/. If your child becomes ill, please reschedule a visit for another day.
