FORT HOOD, Texas – The Fort Hood Transition Assistance Program, in partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission, will host the 15th annual Hiring Red, White & You! statewide hiring event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Lone Star Conference Center.

The event will connect transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, National Guard and Reserve members, and eligible family members with more than 175 employers offering more than 25,000 job opportunities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with recruiters, learn about available career fields and receive information and resources to support a successful transition from military service to civilian employment.

Individuals with a valid military identification card, or those eligible to obtain a visitor pass for the installation, are encouraged to attend.
