FORT HOOD, Texas – U.S. Army Soldiers from III Armored Corps will train alongside Mexican and Canadian forces during Fuerzas Amigas 2025 (FA25) from Dec. 6-15, 2025. FA25 is a combined training exercise in multilateral disaster response that emphasizes mass-casualty decontamination, hazardous-materials operations and urban search and rescue. The exercise boosts coordination among U.S., Mexican and Canadian disaster response units to improve readiness for real-world emergencies.
FA25 training will take place primarily on Fort Hood, but some events will occur in surrounding communities. Organizers will work to minimize disturbances during the event and do not expect significant noise or traffic impacts.
Media Access: Fort Hood will host a media day on Dec. 11. Accredited media wishing to attend should RSVP by emailing iiicorpspaoops@army.mil no later than 12 p.m. on Dec. 10. A public affairs representative will meet attendees in the south side parking lot of the Marvin Leath Visitors Welcome Center at 9:00 a.m. on Dec. 11 for an escort to the training sites.
