WEST FORT HOOD, Texas — Local news media are invited to the 30th Annual Operational Testers’ Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony hosted by the U.S. Army Operational Test Command here at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15.
2025 Hall of Fame Inductee Ms. Sara Van Dusen, a longtime Killeen, Texas resident, will be honored for her exceptional 46-year career in support of operational testing.
Van Dusen, OTC’s 46th Hall of Fame inductee, began her career in 1984, establishing herself as a respected leader in Army operational testing. She is recognized for her groundbreaking work in multiple test directorates, mentoring the next generation of testers, and shaping the way OTC conducts and communicates test results.
She retired from OTC in 2021, leaving a legacy of professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication to the Army mission.
The Hall of Fame, which inducted its first class in October 1994, honors Soldiers and Civilians for their commitment to putting the best possible equipment and systems into the hands of Soldiers in both training and combat conditions.
