FORT CAVAZOS (Now designated Fort Hood), Texas — FORT CAVAZOS (Now designated Fort Hood) officials are responding to multiple power lines down across the cantonment area.  FORT CAVAZOS (Now designated Fort Hood) tactical low water crossings are also closed due to rising water. Please take caution and be aware of your surroundings if you have to travel during these conditions.  Turn around, don’t drown.

Installation officials have also received reports of power outages impacting some areas of FORT CAVAZOS (Now designated Fort Hood).

There was also a malfunction of the public address system known as the “Big Voice” in some areas of the installation. There are no other issues to report to the installation other than the inclement weather conditions.
