FORT HOOD, Texas — III Armored Corps and Fort Hood will host their annual holiday tree lighting ceremony at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 5 at the III Armored Corps Headquarters.

Maj. Gen. Andrew D. Cox, III Armored Corps and Fort Hood deputy commanding general – support, will preside over the event.

Guests will be invited to join in traditional holiday songs, with music provided by the 1st Cavalry Division Band and caroling led by the Meadows Elementary School Choir.

Following the tree lighting, families may take photos with Santa in the east atrium. Food and beverages, donated by local businesses, will be available in the west atrium.
