FORT HOOD, Texas – Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center administrative offices and clinics will modify hours of operation July 3–7 in observance of the Independence Day federal holiday.
All clinics and pharmacies, with the exception of Soldier Centered Medical Home Troop Medical Clinic 14, will be closed Friday, July 4.
Monroe and Bennett Health Clinics will be closed Monday, July 7. Active-duty service members enrolled in either of these clinics should seek care at the Thomas Moore Health Clinic on that day.
The Killeen, Russell Collier, West Killeen, and Harker Heights Community Based Medical Homes; Thomas Moore, Yoakum-Defrenn Army Heliport Aviation Clinic, and Troop Medical Clinic 14 Soldier Centered Medical Homes; CRDAMC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine Residency, and Pediatric Clinics and services will be open Monday, July 7.
Pharmacies
All Community Based Medical Home pharmacies (Harker Heights, Killeen, and West Killeen) closed March 3 until further notice, and pharmacy hours were adjusted to better serve beneficiaries. Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the Clear Creek PX Pharmacy, the ScriptCenters located in the main hospital lobby or at the Clear Creek Pharmacy, or the Pharmacy Call Center at (254) 288-8800.

Main Hospital Pharmacy: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Soldier-Centered Clinics:
Russell Collier: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed for lunch Noon–1 p.m.)
Monroe: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch Noon–1 p.m.)
Bennett: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch Noon–1 p.m.)
Thomas Moore: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Does not close for lunch.)
The SCC pharmacies will close at noon on the third Friday of each month. The Clear Creek PX Pharmacy will close at 3 p.m. on the third Friday of the month.
Thursday, July 3
Thomas Moore Pharmacy closed.
Active-duty service members can pick up prescribed medications at any of the other pharmacies. All other pharmacies are unaffected and will be open during normal operating hours.
Saturday, July 5
Clear Creek PX Pharmacy will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All other pharmacies will be closed.
Monday, July 7
Bennett, Monroe, and Thomas Moore pharmacies will be closed.
All other pharmacies are unaffected and will be open during normal operating hours.
All CRDAMC clinics and pharmacies will resume normal operations on Tuesday, July 8.
TRICARE Prime enrollees with urgent or emergent care needs should seek assistance at the CRDAMC Emergency Department during this timeframe.

This advice line affords Fort Hood area residents entitled to military health care the opportunity to speak with registered nurses about specific urgent health issues, receive guidance on non-emergency situations, and get information about self-care for injuries or illnesses.
Beneficiaries can make or cancel appointments through the Patient Portal at patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil or by calling the Patient Appointment Service at (254) 288-8888. Through the portal, beneficiaries can also request pharmacy refills and access health information such as laboratory results, radiology reports, and immunization records.
